As the indispensable core component of industrial filter equipment, our stainless steel filter disc is precisely manufactured with an all-metal riveted frame and multi-layer sintered filter mesh, perfectly matching vacuum filter, pressure filter and other solid-liquid separation machinery.
The outer frame is made of thick stainless steel pipe, fixed with dense solid rivets around the perimeter. This fully welded & riveted integrated structure delivers outstanding structural strength, resisting deformation under long-term high-pressure filtration. Equipped with heavy-duty hinges and portable pull handles for quick disassembly, cleaning and replacement on filter machines.
The inner filtering surface adopts high-precision sintered metal wire mesh, with uniform pore size and stable filtration accuracy. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and anti-clogging performance, suitable for chemical, mineral, food and environmental wastewater separation scenarios.
Standard positioning support blocks are reserved at the bottom of the disc, which can be customized according to the mounting size of different filter presses and vacuum filters, ensuring stable locking and seamless assembly on filter equipment.
