Stainless Steel Pleated Filter Elements
Stainless steel pleated filters elements are mainly made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it is durable in structure and offer large dirty holding capacity with a minimal pressure drop. These filter cartridges are typically pleated or cylindrical (wrapped), with a lightweight core and a support ring. Industrial process cartridges overcome the temperature and compatibility limitations of cellulose or synthetic fiber cartridges by being manufactured of stainless steel using crimping and welding, with no brazing or epoxy bonding used.

steam filtration, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical industries, etc.

DIGITAL PRECISION MACHINING ENSURES STABLE PERFORMANCE
From raw material to finished product, precision manufacturing is the core control point:
RAW MATERIAL ADVANTAGES
100 BUBBLE POINT & PRESSURE INTEGRITY TESTING
Each filter element undergoes individual bubble point, pressure resistance, and seal integrity testing before leaving the factory, eliminating internal leaks or premature collapse failures.
INDUSTRIAL GRADE REUSABILITY & CLEANING STABILITY
Stainless steel filter elements/media maintain structural stability during repeated ultrasonic cleaning, backwashing, and chemical cleaning — unlike inferior elements that deform or lose micron-level accuracy after several regeneration cycles.
